Arni and I have been married 50 years this December. We have three children, 2 boys ages 45 and 42 and a daughter age 31.
My husband created the mail order business Bike Nashbar; which I helped periodically.

I have been very involved in holistic health for the past 32 years, specifically with organics foods, Homeopathy and Bach essences. During this time I have not had the need to take any prescription medications.

Ten years ago I became a Bach Practitioner and have been included on the International Register of Practitioners maintained by the Dr. Edward Bach Foundation in Oxfordshire, England. The Bach remedies help to balance the emotional demands of everyday life. I especially enjoy working with ADHD, autistic and PTSD situations along with everyday emotions such as unresolved jealousy, resentment, fears, physical and emotional exhaustion, overwhelmed by life and many more situations. My goal is to help people understand the link between the emotions and physiological state often called the mind-body connection.
