Joined the Navy 23 June 1963 with my brother, James C. Forest. I served 1 tour of duty in Vietnam in my first enlistment and then I did 23 years in Navy Reserve aviation chasing Russia Submarines across the Atlantic ocean. !967 started work at U. S. Postal Service for 43 years Retired 2006 as Supervisor of Maintenance. For the last 16 years I have worked as a high school track official in the local area, USA track & Field National rate official. My favorite past time is fishing, Walleye fishing on Lake Erie, Salmon fishing on Lake Ontario, and Deep Sea fishing.
